I’m In is an online disability inclusion workshop for families focused on the features of inclusive environments and how families can advocate for greater inclusion in the community
Preparing families to advocate for inclusion
I’m In is a two-hour, family-focused workshop delivered online to introduce families to the features of inclusive environments and actions families can take to improve inclusion in their communities. I’m In helps families understand what community inclusion should look and feel like, and how to address barriers to inclusion when families encounter them.
Why families love this training
The I’m In workshop introduces families to the key concepts of community inclusiveness and helps them create plans to solve problems they identify.
I’m In was developed for families and caregivers navigating communities that were not built with disabilities in mind. The training addresses common challenges and helps families advocate for inclusion in the community.
