Disability inclusion course and tools for families that focus on the features and importance of inclusion and how families can contribute to greater inclusion in the community
Preparing families to advocate for inclusion
I’m In is an online parent training program developed by Madvocator Educational and Healthcare Advocacy Training that educates families about what community inclusion should look and feel like, and how to address exclusive environments when families encounter them. The four-hour course is delivered online and includes topics on the features of inclusive environments and actions families can take to improve inclusiveness in their communities.
Why families love this training
I’m In training introduces families to the key concepts of community inclusiveness and helps them create plans to solve problems they identify.
I’m In was developed for families and caregivers navigating communities that were not built with disabilities in mind. The training addresses challenges and helps families develop plans to advocate for inclusion in the community.
